Renewal

  • If your previous membership expired more than a (6) months or more, STOP, as you do not qualify for this renewal plan. Please choose from any of the other plans listed above and followin instructions.
  • Must be a current or former annual paid membership plan.
  • Be a member of, or received a BGC from National Notary Association.
  • Submit an Application for Membership only IF you have new information to add.
  • Upload a state issued Notarial Commission Certificate or Notary Commission Card, only IF you've updated your information or renewed your commision since last membership .
  • Upload an updated redacted copy of current driver's license or state id cards showing: photo, name, address, issue & expiration dates.

Student & Graduate Membership Levels

All NSA's who are currently STUDENTS must show proof they're students by sumitting a receipt no more than 30 days old 
OR
Upload their Certificate of Completion signed by instructor.
